SPECIAL EARLY BOOKING OFFERS
If you book more than 6+ months in advance, you only need pay 25% now as a deposit!!
The remainder of the 50% deposit is due by 1st January before your holiday.
The final balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday.12 weeks before your holiday for 3 weeks and over bookings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We hold a £1500 (£400 for cannes apartment, La caleche and La Vigie) security deposit payment until after your departure. This is fully returnable unless there is loss or damage to the property or its contents. This includes all keys, security gate devices and towels.
This is payable 8 weeks before your holiday along with the final balance(post dated to 3 weeks before)
Telephone calls are charged(metered) at the standard rate, and will be deducted from your security deposit payment once we have received confirmation of call charges.
ADSL connection is free of charge. ( ADSL and phone Not available at La Vigie)
