A charming, sunny one bedroom first floor apartment, our property is situated in a 19th Century corner building in the very heart of Cannes.

Sleeping 4 comfortably, the property has a south facing balcony overlooking streets with exclusive shops, art galleries and antique shops. High ceilings and large french windows to South and West aspects make the apartment very sunny and bright.

Comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout, the apartment has a twin/ double bed to bedroom and convertible double sofa bed in lounge.

A separate fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave and new modern bathroom provide a relaxed atmosphere in which to stay.

The apartment is also fully equipped with UK Satellite TV and DVD.

All house hold linen is included in the price of the property. Bath towels are provided for the apartment.

To book Parking LAMY TEL +33 (0) 4 93 68 79 02 There is voucher parking directly outside the property which operates from Monday to Friday from 8AM-midday and from 2pm-6pm. It is free from midday -2pm each day and FREE Sundays and French bank holidays.
