Maganosc is 4 miles to the East of Grasse and a mile to chateauneuf and its shops, bakery, banks etc and its weekly monday market. The international airport at Nice is 30 minutes drive, Cannes 30 minutes, Monaco 50 minutes and Italy just over an hour away. The property is the perfect vantage point to visit all the lovely villages in the foothills of the Cote d'azur, Valbonne, Gourdon, and St Paul de vence to name just a few. The gorge du loup is less than 15 minutes drive and the incredible Gorge du verdon approximately 90 minutes away.
