CHEZ NOUS
This delightful stone cottage is set in the
grounds of Le mas Casteunou , is completely private and independent.
It is let separately to the main house all year round, let
together for larger groups, wedding parties and business conferencing.
It is situated in a peaceful area of olive groves and forest,
between Le Bar sur Loup and Le Rouret in an exceptionally
beautiful area which is secluded, and
yet only 5 minutes to the near-by villages, where you can
find shops of all descriptions including bakeries, general
stores, chemists and newsagents as well as the weekly markets
for locally produced fare.
The cottage is just 25 minutes by car from Nice international
airport, 12 minutes to the centre of Grasse and 15 minutes
to Valbonne. Both Nice and Cannes are 25 minutes away by car.
Italy is 1 Hour.
The property has electric security gates.
The cottage has its own private circular pool (21 feet diameter)
with magnificent views set amongst landscaped palm fringed
terraces. The pool has a solar shower and is fully fenced
for extra security.
There is a built in barbeque for al-fresco dining on the
terrace, and comfortable sun loungers and garden furniture
for lazy days around the pool.
THE GUEST ROOMS
The accomodation comprises two triple bedrooms,
each with en-suite shower rooms, and double doors onto the
terraces.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped
( oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/drier and dishwasher).
The cottage is tastefully and comfortably
furnished, is fully heated throughout and was completely renovated
during early 2003.
The light and airy open-plan dining area
seats 6 and in the comfortably furnished lounge area there
is TV with UK satellite, and a DVD player should you wish
to bring some favorite films for the children - that is, if
you can coax them out of the pool!

Maid/babysitting/ cleaning available by prior arrangement
at extra cost.

LINEN
Bath towels, pool towels and one set of bed linen pp per
week is provided. Beach
towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own.
Travel cot/high chair available @£30 per booking.
Please bring cot linen.
THE GARDENS
The lovely gardens and terraces which surround La caleche are
well stocked with Oleander, Palm and Olive trees and have
great views of the surrounding countryside.
There are 2 separate large terraces. One furnished for dining,
adjacent to the barbeque and property.
The other adjacent to the pool, equipped with sun loungers
perfect for sun bathing.
